Honda CRF450L horn can break loose and fall off
medium How serious is it? About this label
This can lead to a crash from lost control or from debris in the road, and the notice does not tell owners to stop riding, so the bike can still be used while you arrange the free repair.
What's wrong, in plain English
On certain 2019 Honda CRF450L motorcycles, the bracket that holds the horn can break. If it does, the horn comes loose from the bike. A dangling horn can get in the way while you ride and make the motorcycle harder to handle, or it can drop off completely and land in the road, where it becomes a hazard for you and for anyone riding or driving behind you. Honda dealers will put in a new horn and a new horn mount at no cost.
