Buick Envision missing its tire and loading label
low How serious is it? About this label
This is the mildest kind of recall and the notice does not tell owners to stop driving, but incorrect tire pressure or an overloaded vehicle does raise crash risk, so get the label put on.
What's wrong, in plain English
Some 2024 Buick Envisions left the factory without the label that lists the correct tire size, the air pressure the tires need, and how much weight the vehicle can safely carry. Without that label, you have no easy way to look up those numbers, so you might drive on under-inflated tires or load the car past its limit. Either one makes a tire problem or a crash more likely. A dealer simply installs the missing label.
What you should do
2. Contact your Buick dealer, or Buick Customer Service at 800-521-7300, to have the label installed.
3. Have the dealer apply the label; it is free, and owner letters were mailed November 1, 2024.
