Subaru Forester alloy wheels may be improperly attached

This is serious, because a wheel that is not holding tight can cause a sudden loss of control; the notice does not say to park the car, but do not put this off.
What's wrong, in plain English
Some 2025 Foresters left the factory with 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels that were made wrong in the spot where the lug nuts press against the wheel. Because that surface is not shaped correctly, the lug nuts may not clamp the wheel tightly to the car. A wheel that is not properly attached can make the vehicle unstable and hard to control. Subaru dealers will inspect the wheels and replace any bad ones at no charge.

2. Call your Subaru dealer now and ask for the wheel inspection under recall WRB-25; inspection and any replacement wheels are free.
