What's wrong, in plain English

The bolts that hold the rear stabilizer bar brackets in place can work loose and fall out. The stabilizer bar is part of the rear suspension, and it helps keep the car steady in turns. If the bolts go missing, the bracket can shift out of position and the car may not handle the way you expect. Subaru dealers will check the bolts, tighten them to the correct setting, and install any that are missing.
