The tires on some 2022 Acura TLX cars may have been cut or torn while they were being sorted at the factory. Damage like that can weaken a tire, and a weakened tire can suddenly lose air. A blowout at speed can pull the car sideways and make it hard to steer. Your dealer will look at the tires and replace any that are damaged at no charge to you.
