What's wrong, in plain English
During assembly, the seat belts for the two outer seats in the second row may have been pinched by a piece of interior trim. A pinched belt can be squeezed or caught where you cannot see it, so it may not tighten and hold a passenger the way it should in a crash. Everything can look and feel normal from the back seat. Dealers will check both belts and adjust the trim panel if it is trapping one.
