The bolts and nuts that hold the rear suspension together on some 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and 2026 Ioniq 9 vehicles can work loose and come out. The suspension is what attaches the rear wheels to the car and keeps them lined up correctly. If those fasteners fall out, a rear wheel can shift out of position and the driver can lose control of the car. This can happen suddenly, with little or no warning beforehand.

Remedy
