Dodge Hornet label missing tire and wheel size

NHTSA campaign 24V209000 · Reported 2024-03-19 · Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) (Stellantis)

low How serious is it? About this label

Low day-to-day risk and the notice does not restrict driving, but do not let anyone fit new wheels or tires until the correct label is on the car.

What's wrong, in plain English

The sticker that lists your tire and wheel size is missing that information on some 2024 Dodge Hornet and Alfa Romeo Tonale vehicles. That label is what a tire shop or a mechanic looks at when replacing a wheel or a tire. Without it, someone could install a wheel that is the wrong size for your car. A wheel that does not match can change how the car handles and stops, which could lead to a crash.
