Jeep Wagoneer S built with wrong dashboard support beam

NHTSA campaign 25V575000 · Reported 2025-09-04 · Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)

high How serious is it? About this label

It is a real crash-protection shortfall rather than something you would notice day to day, and the notice does not tell owners to stop driving, so the vehicle can be driven while you schedule the free repair.

What's wrong, in plain English

Some 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S vehicles were built with the wrong support beam running across the inside of the dashboard. That beam is part of the structure that helps hold things in place and protect people up front in a crash. Because the wrong part was used, the vehicle may not protect the driver and front passenger as well as it should in a collision. Dealers will replace the beam with the correct one at no charge.
