What's wrong, in plain English

The nuts holding the rear axle shafts in place can work loose over time. If they loosen enough, one or both axle shafts can pull away from the axle housing. When that happens, the truck can become unstable and the brakes may not work as well as they should. The dealer will check the rear axle, tighten the nuts to the correct setting, and replace any damaged axle parts if they find them. All of this is done at no cost to you.
