What's wrong, in plain English

Inside the plug that connects the front seat wiring, a small spring can touch electrical contacts it is not supposed to touch. That accidental connection can stop the front airbags from going off in a crash. Nothing will feel wrong while you drive — the problem only shows up at the moment you need the airbag to protect you. These are Pacifica and Voyager vans modified by Braun Corporation. The dealer replaces the spring free of charge.
