What's wrong, in plain English

The nuts that hold the windshield wiper arms in place may not have been tightened enough at the factory. Loose nuts can let the wiper arms slip so the wipers do not sweep the glass properly, or stop moving at all. In rain or snow that leaves you with a poor view of the road. The repair is quick: a dealer tightens the wiper arm nuts at no cost to you.
