What's wrong, in plain English

On some 2019-2023 Mercedes-Benz and 2019-2021 Freightliner Sprinter vans, bolts are missing from the partition wall — the divider between the front seats and the cargo area behind them. Without all of its bolts, the wall is not held firmly in place and could break loose in a crash and injure people up front. A dealer will look at the partition and install whatever bolts are missing, at no charge to the owner.

2. Call your Sprinter dealer or Daimler Vans USA at 1-877-762-8267 and set up the inspection.
3. Have the partition wall checked and bolted down — the work costs you nothing.

Remedy
