Buying a used 2023 Chrysler Voyager? Check these 7 recalls first
Five of the seven recalls on this year involve airbags: driver airbag and front airbags that may not deploy, plus three covering curtain airbags that may not deploy, may leak, or lose air pressure. The rest are a backup camera that may go blank, and a Rollx recall that applies only to wheelchair-converted vans. Before you buy
- Get the 17-character VIN from the seller and run it at nhtsa.gov/recalls. It shows which recalls are still unrepaired on that exact car.
- Pull the VIN recall report and confirm each of the five airbag recalls has been completed
- Watch for an airbag warning light at startup and during the test drive
- Shift into reverse several times to confirm the backup camera image appears
- Open recalls are repaired free at any Chrysler dealer, whoever owns the car — an open recall is a to-do item, not a bill.
